Windows 24H2 Widget Bug/Error

Ever since I installed Windows 11 I have had the AllowNewsandInterests set to 0 in my Registry to completely disable widgets. I've noticed that when I wake my computer from sleep/hibernation there is a fine print message on the bottom of the lock screen that says something like "Widgets Unavailable. You are offline." It logs in just fine (often so fast I barely notice the small message at the bottom of the screen." Any way to stop this minor annoyance from happening?

You need to KILL Widgets. Kill them hard!

It's the same as the tutorial, but it also removes all the... "leftovers".

NOTE: Whenever you uninstall something with REVO, make sure to do the "Scan" for leftovers and delete all that, too.

beat them with an ugly stick and took their lunch money. :D

I have disabled widgets and uninstalled Windows Web Experience Pack. Problem persists on both of my machines. Just now, on my desktop connection (not just my laptop) it was on until Wifi connection established. No solution but I searched online and noticed a few others complaining about it too. Even disabling notifications on the lock screen didn't work.
