Windows advising SP1 needs to be installed before installing other software

I suggest you go back to their website and ask them what they're talking about.
I suggest that you clarify, in particular,
release permissions
blocked user
since these are not common terms.

well i'm pleased to inform everyone that the issue is fixed, here is a screen grab form part of the conversation i had with the software creator.............he sent me an edited & updated version which worked 100% perfectly.
