There were multiple problems seen.

I'm heading to bed and will post much later in the day.




1) Uninstall Kaspersky and Avast using the applicable uninstallers:




2) Make sure that defender is on and updated.




3) Turn off Windows fast startup:





4) Upgrade the BIOS:

BIOS Version/Date INSYDE Corp. V1.18, 08/10/2024




5) Create a new restore point:

Upgrade the BIOS: 1.18 > 1.26



The Kaspersky and Avast AV drivers had each caused BSODs.

The computer has two GPU.

The Nvidia GPU had caused crashes with two different driver versions.



These Nvidia driver versions can be tested for stability / instability:

If you can find a Nvidia GPU driver that has stability then you're set.

If none of the above have stability then options are to use only Intel GPU or servicing.

Thank you so much for your help. I already uninstalled Kaspersky and Avast, and also reintalled the NVIDIA via their App. It's been good. I haven't updated the BIOS yet. Should I?

If there are any unexpected shutdowns with or without BSOD then post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

If there are no unexpected shutdowns with or without BSOD during the next two days then that will complete the troubleshooting.

Uninstalled software can be reinstalled one at a time with a one day observation period.
