Getting alerted with Yellow Symbol in Windows Security App

I am using Windows 11 Pro 21H2 build 22000.978 on desktop.
I am getting Yellow Alert Symbol on Windows Security (Windows Defender), on taskbar right corner.
I have opened Windows Security, and all is green check marks.
This is the second time this has happened after a MS Update.
1st time the triangle magically disappeared after a day or so.
Now it did it again after I updated Win 11 yesterday.
Oh. I'm using Malwarebytes as my active checker and last time totally uninstalled it and didn't resolve the Yellow Symbol on MS Defender icon.

I researched and found this happens to many over the past few years and wondered why and how to correct.
Any suggestions?
Thank you.

For me the yellow alert was also in Windows Security when I opened it. It was a perfectly valid message that Memory Integrity was currently turned off, with a 'Dismiss' option. This particular machine requires drivers that are not compatible with Memory Integrity, so I dismissed it and everything went back to green.

Memory integrity is anyway just microsofts way to force driver vendors to pay for officially signed drivers

It's back doing what it did originally in 1st initial thread.
Now I have tried reseting Windows Security App like I did initally but this time after rebooting no change.
So the issue has been lurking in the background.
Scanned for virus, trojans, etc and clean.
I have search and found others with similiar issue and no solution yet.
Open for any further suggestions.
