Well that’s disappointing. I am not sure what lse to advise other than uninstalling the last update, and if that doesnt work, uninstalling the next in line. OR, you can take the advice from @glasskuter in post #9 and run a repair install.

I already try to uninstall the latest updates(Or these i remember it install last).
Still same.
And at safe boot the explorer work fine with toolbar. But at normal boot doesn't.
Any other ideas?

I try clean boot, doesn't change anything at all.

As I see it, you have only 4 options to try.
If you can get into recovery options, you can attempt (1) a system restore if you have a viable restore point made before the issue began(this may or may not fix the problem), or (2) you can "reset and keep files' or a 'reset and remove everything'
( ways to get into recovery options are settings>system>recovery OR keep shift key held down during boot)
(3). Repair install. It keeps your files and apps. Repair Install Windows 11 with an In-place Upgrade Tutorial
(4). Clean install. It wipes everything clean and you start over with the out of box experience. Clean Install Windows 11 Tutorial
Personally, if I were in your situation, I would use option 3.

- Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
I had this issue a few weeks ago on my system 2. After many runs of SFC and DSIM the problem remained. A repair install fixed it. But now the problem has returned! On my very old system 2 a repair install takes more than 12 hours so I might just live with it.
Update: uninstalling the video drier and uninstalling the driver files has fixed it. The screen goes blank so you either have to force a shutdown with the power button or type blindly WIN+R C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe /r /t 0
I guess you could paste this from the clipboard if you had copied it in advance!

I forgot to tell you that at windows explorer doesn't work right click so i can't create folder to.

Ok, then do this...
Create a folder on your desktop called zvive
Then extract the files in ViVeTool-v0.3.3.zip to that folder.
Then open a command prompt as Admin and run this command...
cd c:\Users\your user name\Desktop\zvive <--- substitute your user name in the commandThen run the command:
vivetool /disable /id:40729001,37634385,36354489My Computers

I've seen a lot of complaints.
It's not always the same problem.
For me it was a mysterious, desktop.ini file.
But, yeah... a lot of folks have or had, problems with the "new" File Explorer.

I don't know what Microsoft will fix, or in what order they will fix things.
Vivetool just turns features ON or OFF.
The features are already on our computers. Some are ON, some are OFF.

The command to enable/reverse that tool is "vivetool /enable /id:40729001,37634385,36354489"?

Yep.
If the original command was disable, then run again with enable instead, to reverse.
Do the same for the opposite.
