Windows explorer stop working correctly after the last updates

Windows 7 sp1
I update the win11 to all latest updates even the new 23h2 and after that the windows explorer and the right click at the windows explorer stop working correctly.
See the picture bellow to see how appear now the explorer without any toolbar.

So the toolbar is totally empty, strange. I know you said this started after updating, but can I ask, are you using any 3rd party tweak apps or adjustments for Explorer?

I can't see how they Microsoft could have made more bad as it was, if their update made more wrong changes to it i don't know what to expect in their coming updates.

I don’t know about future updates. Right now, Gregory wants help with this issue, not future ones.

Learn what? Well, that MS Updates can be the kiss of death.

So what to do? TURN OFF MS UPDATES!

What i am thinking is Microsoft is using us as Beta testers of win 11,and their not alone Apple is using their iPhone and iPad owners also as Beta testers of 17.1.
Both Microsoft and Apple just are not telling them they are Beta testers.

@Gregory not sure if it will help but try running SFC /scannow

You can run the SFC /scannow command from any console, including the command prompt, PowerShell, or Windows Terminal. Open one of these as Admin and type or past that command and press enter, then wait for it to finish.

And I believe, if it reports problems, run the following command:

DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

I agree with @antspants. Try running the tools.
If you have any thrid party app that alters the GUI, uninstall it.
Also see if the problem exists in clean boot. If it doesn't happen in a clean boot, you have some software conflicting with Windows. Brink's procedure will help you weed out which one. Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 11 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts Tutorial
If none of that helps, run a repair install.
Repair Install Windows 11 with an In-place Upgrade Tutorial

Disabling Windows updates is not the answer and I strongly advise against it. Most here agree with me. You can, however, disable driver updates from WU using group policy IF you plan on keeping your drivers updated yourself.

I agree with both @antspants and @glasskuter. Use the tools and do not disable Windows Update.

If you disable Windows Update, you will miss getting the very essential security updates for nasty things that real beta testers have found.

No.
The only thing i try is to stop the windows update service from "service.msc"

I don't want to have same issues again and this is the reason i want to total stop ms updates forever.
And i check for ms updates only when i want and not every time ms wants.

Over the years i noticed the people who stop updating their OS software and other program updates, they run into major problems.

The sfc command don't find any integrity.
I do the dism command now it has stuck at 62.3% for too long....
what i do?

Give it time? I am not sure. But I have read i can do that.
