Windows Feature Experience Pack

Task Manager showing 2 applications with high CPU time and very high Net throughput. First is "MicrosoftWindows.Client.CBS_1000.22700.1020.0_x64__cw5n1h2txyewy Windows Feature Experience Pack" and Next is "Phone Link." I have not opened either and find them using resources that cut into satellite miserly data cap and bog the system. Phone link I installed but the Windows Feature Experience Pack was another bloatware package from Windows Update. Classic MS tactic that one. How much of it can I disable, pull out, uninstall or get rid of before Win11 becomes unusable? According to MS the answer is NONE. Their answer I take with 100 blocks of salt and a camel to cart them. This version of windows has more 'call home and report' features running behind it than any previous and it is more than irksome.

I personally wouldn't remove it. What (apart from what you listed) problems is it causing. Where are you experiencing detrimental affects to your PC’s performance?

Welcome to the forum. Rather than go on a rant, it's more beneficial to you to provide us more information.
First , please complete the system specs portion of your forum profile. We need to know what we're working with.(Click on your username on the toolbar>system specs.)
State the SPECIFIC version and build of your Windows You can see an example of the info we need by looking at my specs. Click on My Computers at the bottom of this post.

If your concern is network usage, filter task manager by clicking on network column header. This puts highest network users at the top. Show us a screenshot of that screen.
(Other components can be filtered the same way)

Phone link can be uninstalled using Revo Uninstaller Free (Windows Apps section). Be sure to remove all leftovers Revo finds.
Note: More than likely Phone Link may be reinstalled when 24h2 hits so you will have to do it again.

As was stated DO NOT remove feature experience package.
