Recientemente reinstalé mi computadora portátil con Windows 11, actualicé los controladores e instalé varios programas sin ningún problema. Hoy intenté instalar Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 pero la instalación falló debido a problemas con Windows Installer. Cuando presiono Windows + R y escribo msconfig, Windows Installer no aparece entre los servicios. necesito ayuda

TRANSLATION:
I recently reinstalled my laptop with Windows 11, updated the controllers and installed various programs without any problems. I attempted to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 but the installation failed due to problems with the Windows Installer. When I press Windows + R and write msconfig, Windows Installer does not appear among the services. I need help


That's very strang for a service to be missing after a clean install.
I suggest the following:

1. Verify if it is missing in the Services Directory.
Win+R type C:\Windows\System32\services.msc

2. Use this tutorial to restore default servvices. Restore Default Services in Windows 11 Tutorial

3.. If it's still missing Open a command prompt as administrator and type sfc /scannow
Pay attention to the scan results to see if SFC found anything it could not repair. If it found corruption it could not fix followup with this command (note the spaces)
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Restart computer

If neither of those ideas fixes it, you may have a corrupt install. I would jump right to a repair install.

Odd this, the service being gone.
Is the msiexec.exe executable present in: %windir%\system32 ?

If it is, the service can be re-added with:

Code: 
sc create "Windows Installer" BinPath= "%windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /v" Start=Auto

But I'd like to find out what made the svc disappear first by backtracking what has been done to the OS to cause this.

Let's start by you answering OATs questions. What have you done exactly to your OS since fresh install? And why did you reinstall the OS in the first place? Could it be possible that there is some underlying issue with the hardware that is causing issues?
