Windows RE after upgrade from Windows Update

Why is the Windows RE version only 22621.1 instead of 22621.525 in command prompt when I boot to Windows RE after upgrading from Windows 11 21H1 to Windows 11 21H2 through Windows Update?

Probably because Windows RE version 22621.1 hasn't change on version 22621.525

This is normal. Even the Setup.exe is 22621.1

The Windows RE partition contained 22621.1 after upgrading to 22H2 from Windows Update. It contains 22621.525 after doing an in-place upgrade from the ISO saved by the media creation tool.
