Windows Security - Unblock "This app has been blocked"

Greetings everyone:

I have a question, is there anyway to unblock the app that has been blocked as this is the Recuva installer. I don't see the Action(s) option. Thanks!

When that has happened to me in the past (if you trust the source) I have turned off Defender, installed the program, set it up, then turned Defender back on and just ran a scan to confirm all was still good.
If there is indeed a simplier way, I would love to know too!

@jaree1961 - I didn't have to turn off Defender as I actually ran the .exe and the setup installed Recuva over previous installation of the same version without problems and Windows Security never complained.

@RJARRRPCGP - Normally with false positives, it will still have that actions thing where one can select Allow, Restore or Quarantine but that option is missing.

As it's supposed to be Low it should show the options. Allowing it via Controlled folder access overrides the blocking settings. Is this lack of options missing for every item blocked?

@Fabler2 - I believe I turned Controlled Folder access off a month or two ago as it's annoying. The lack of options is only missing for this item which is why I was asking. The other items don't have the problem.

Possibly as you installed 'over the top' and it had it's permissions already? Not come across this before so purely a guess.

Hard to say since it was already installed back in May 2021 when it showed this warning as I normally keep the setup files of things I have already installed and when I installed the same version over the existing install, it completed successfully without a complaint.
