Is the C:\windows\temp not accessible by a user with administrator privileges by default? My laptop's windows temp folder will not open in File Explorer. Can you provide instructions to change the access so that my user account can open the folder?

You should be prompted to grant access to that folder.

There is no prompt that appears. Also nothing happens when I use the Open right-click menu option as well.
