Windows update fails on Windows Store?

So at the beginning of this month of May, I was having some issues with Windows update not running correctly or timing out and never stop checking. After running the troubleshooter I had assumed that may have fixed it. However reliability history still shows Windows update failing even though it successfully checks for updates now in settings. It was then I began to notice that on the Microsoft Store, when the apps would check for updates, at times they would download or be stuck checking for install or in a loop for downloading some info then becoming stuck. In order to resolve it I would have to go into services and restart Microsoft Store Install Service, then it would update the apps no issue. I ran the troubleshooter for that tonight as well in hopes of resolving this issue, but given how many users are having issues with Windows S mode recently on the store, anyone else have similar issues like me?

Let me guess= "0x80073D02" being spammed.

I haven't been having Windows Update error codes for LCUs and stuff on patch-Tuesday, but I will keep getting Windows Update error codes that are logged for Windows Store updates, for MicrosoftWindows.Client.WebExperience, Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay, Microsoft.YourPhone and Microsoft.GamingApp, when I never see an error message on the GUI, when I go to check for any update!

I also got the same error code for SpotifyAB.SpotifyMusic, LOL.

Have you tried resetting the update components?
Open cmd prompt/Powershell/Terminal with admin & enter:
Code: 
Net Stop bits
Net Stop wuauserv
Net Stop appidsvc
Net Stop cryptsvc
Ren %Systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore DataStore.bak
Ren %Systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution\Download Download.bak
Ren %Systemroot%\System32\catroot2 catroot2.bak
Del "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat"
Net Start bits
Net Start wuauserv
Net Start appidsvc
Net Start cryptsvc
Restart the PC & try updating again.

And/or:
Search for services.msc & find Windows Update & ensure it is set to Automatic.

I was mostly getting wuauserv errors, but those apps I have had similar issues too. They would check but would get stuck sometimes on updates.
