windows update patch failed to install

what is going on here? usually a patch would install. first time happening. after what i thought was the update going through...then secure boot was activated so i had to input my recovery code (bitlocker) to regain access, np. checked update list..failed.

This result code can be thrown at any stage of the upgrade process, with the exception of the downlevel phase.

0xC1900101 is a generic rollback code, and usually indicates that an incompatible driver is present.

The incompatible driver can cause blue screens, system hangs, and unexpected reboots.

Which step?

1) V2
2) upgrade_failure_info
3) administrative command prompt

Most V2 run problems can be troubleshooted by:

a) Making sure that the menu bar extract all is clicked before running

b) Uninstalling non-Microsoft AV software:

[KB146] Uninstallers (removal tools) for common Windows antivirus software

Hi i didnt do those things as i ran into uac...user acct corruption on main acct. Then somehow triggered bitlocker (secure boot )was awaken from its slumber prompting me to enter 48 character recovery code..but thx to gemini i was able to fix everything after 5am, 5 hours later. Deleted the acct and created new one..
