Solved Windows Update suddenly telling me to upgrade

I didn't get this bug on my RP insider machine with this build. Course as is often the case with Windows bugs only certain machines will be affected will the rest remain clear. It's often luck of the draw when it comes to new bugs but hopefully they clear this one up on the next RP or public release which ever comes first.
