It's already been released but it is only being sent to some computers in a phased release. To get it through Windows update you will have to wait until MS think it is safe to send it to your device. You can expedite the update but as @Rollback_Jockey says look in the forum.
I am referring to the Windows update method because that is what you asked for.

I would just wait until it has been rolled out to your region, there is a couple of minor bugs with 24H2 which haven't been addressed yet.

Are you referring to anything other than the "bug" shown with sfc, or the unremovable 8.63GB in Disk Cleanup? Those have been present in the last three 24H2 released builds (1876, 1882, 2033). MS seems to be in no hurry to fix those, which leads me to believe that they have no effect on the performance or reliability of Windows 11.

No, I was referring to those bugs and they shouldn't affect any functionality of Windows at all, but I don't see any pressing reason to install 24H2 unless the OP has a very specific need to.
