Solved Windows Updates | Every Day vs Every Week?

Hi Everyone,

I am a bit confused here about the Configure Windows Update policy settings in my current Group Policy.

See the attached print screen.

If the Scheduled Install Day is set to EVERY DAY, then does the EVERY WEEK check box need to be marked as checked as well?
Or, does the EVERY WEEK check box mean that a specific Day must be selected ?

For example, if i would leave it at Schedule Install Day at EVERY DAY, then there is really no point to leave the EVERY WEEK checked?

And one more question:

If I decide to check the box where it says Install During Automatic Maintenance, then the Windows Defender Security Definitions may not install in a timely manner if I constantly use the PC all day long without being in an "Idle" state?
