Solved WinRE boot loop

1) Please test the RAM in the same DIMM.
So I tested each of the 2 RAM sticks (I call them A and B) separately in the same slot with MemTest 86+.

Stick A went through over 11 passes as follows:

20260113_060101.webp

Stick B would freeze MemTest86+ in the middle of the 1st pass as follows:

20260113_065114.webp

2) When available update the progress with post #23 step #2 (post #35 step #8)

For testing of memory see above.
For the SSD see below:

20260112 Seagate Summary 2.webp

20260112 Seagate Summary.webp

3) Run Crucial system scanner:
Done.

4) Update Windows and defender
Done.

Note that I am under Win 11 24H2 and updated that. I have not (yet?) upgraded to 25H2.

5) Run the V2 log collector in:

a) normal boot
b) safe mode
Results here in normal boot and in safe mode.

What to do about the faulty RAM stick?

Thanks.

I have not put back the faulty RAM module. It's under guarantee from the constructor so I'll see about returning it and getting a replacement.

Since the last message I have now updated the BIOS to ver 23.

I'll update Windows in due course.

Shout out to @zbook and @SIW2 once again for being really helpful.

I have made win11 pe iso which you can borrow if you need. It should be extracted to usb stick because it links to the included programs on the usb stick
This looks like something worthwhile to look into, I have ISO s for 22h2 and the newer one and I use rufus, and I have macrium flashes, but not sure what you did here, I used to use HIRENS for 7 and it was like this, a toolkit that I could get into a system that would not boot up. We have more ms account and more encryption now- These days I like to verify anything I download with hash checking, I can order HIRENS for 2026 and I suppose its safe if secure boot is on but still, id rather make sure, So it looks like you can make it with windows iso files?? adding some utilities ?
