Solved Wireless keyboard and mouse lost connection

Weird problem. Lost connection to both keyboard and mouse which are both wireless either Bluetooth or unifying receiver both Logitech.
Believe it or not i do not have another keyboard. Had rebooted try to get it to work several times.
Now I have no access to Windows stuck on Lock Screen.

Anyway to get in ?iCan not figure never had situation.

Get a wired mouse, install Logitech Options, keep the receiver connected, open Options. This may lead to solve the problem.

Also, try the Firmware Update Tool, it may update the firmware. This may also solve the problem.

Thanks i was 99.5% sure there was no other way to get into PC without wired, but thought i would ask anyway maybe something i did not know of. Had to get a wired one. Already have options installed was using Bluetooth instead. Firmware was updated recent. So was Bluetooth drivers not sure why this occurred but will on find out.

Keyboard and trackball use both Bluetooth and unifying receiver.

I use Bluetooth mice on most of my Notebooks and the BT is part of the Wireless adapter. I have 2 older Notebooks that I use an IoGear USB BT dongle with. Some Desktops now come with both Ethernet and Wireless adapters and the Wireless on my last 3 also have the BT. One note, turning off the Wireless also turns off the BT. As far as I've seen the Unifying thing is a USB dongle for both keyboard and mouse [I have a client that uses a set].

Got into Pc with wired keyboard turned out somehow Bluetooth was gone from taskbar.
Checking settings it was also not showing. Did some ran Bluetooth troubleshooting and said could not find any Bluetooth.

Device manager did not show Bluetooth only when I selected show hidden devices.

Had to reinstall software drivers. Everything is working again. Strange how this happened.

Bluetooth built into motherboard. No dongle

And always have Wi-Fi wireless disabled because I use Ethernet. If it’s related to Bluetooth in anyway.
