With Location Services Disabled, will these services no longer run and report back to Microsoft?

I have disabled Location Services in Settings because the Laptop is stationary all the time in the same place.

I have noticed that when Location Services was Enabled the following services (print screen below) were continuously accessing the location (the Arrow in the task bar will pop up) and reporting back to Microsoft I would assume, now with Location service disabled, will these services run and report back using the ISP IP broader location or will they stop doing that? Thanks

Thank you, good point, but I have also disabled Location Override:

That's usually your IP - it's why VPN tends to mess with that. :)

Not Windows Explorer (and multiple others) - tho, you can block them with a Firewall.

Virtually everyone these days has a shared IP, which is used for location, my real IP shows my location like 100 miles from the actual real location, because I am behind 7 ISP routers. If you use VPN, it does not matter at all, unless you have a paid public IP or use bad IPv6.
