Hi,

In a MS Word Document (Off 2021 Prof.)W1.png, accessibility (when clicked upon) displays errors, as seen in the attachment.

How does one fix/correct errors etc. detected?

Thanks.

Hi Alexey, these aren't necessarily "errors", but rather suggestions which may be useful in order to make your documents (more) accessible to people with certain disabilities. So using this option really depends upon the target audience of your document. If you want to use it, read here how to: Improve accessibility with the Accessibility Checker I If you don't need it, simply uncheck the "Keep accessibiliy checker running while I work" option.

@Alexey2912 this is absolutely not about Word automatically 'fixing' things which are 'wrong' per se. However, there may be very useful suggestions in there. But it all depends on, as I said, the goal and the target audience of your document. If you are writing texts which need to be accessible for a broad audience, the accessibility checker may be extremely useful. (Governments really should be using this!) But it won't 'fix' anything automatically, it will rather give you suggestions to improve accessibility.
