I use this pretty regularly, as it has every NirSoft utility and every SysInternals utility readily available. It's also started to include some other utilities, as well, like MiTec utilities, Everything, all the various PuTTy apps, GRC's DNS Benchmark utility, Sumatra PDF, GRC's InSpectre, and even links to Windows System utilities. Now it even has Rufus.
It has both fully portable and installable versions, and while it does say you haven't registered in the about screen, there are no other nags, and it is fully usable and updatable. If you download the portable version, the updater updates you with the portable version, as well, so directly updatable from inside the software.
