WSCC (Windows System Control Center)

WSCC allows you to install, update, execute and organize the utilities from various system utility suites. WSCC can install and update the supported utilities automatically. Alternatively, WSCC can use the http protocol to download and run the programs. The portable edition doesn't require installation and can be run directly from a USB drive.

WSCC supports the following major utility suites:
  • Sysinternals Suite
  • NirSoft Utilities
  • and more...

Free for personal use.

I use this pretty regularly, as it has every NirSoft utility and every SysInternals utility readily available. It's also started to include some other utilities, as well, like MiTec utilities, Everything, all the various PuTTy apps, GRC's DNS Benchmark utility, Sumatra PDF, GRC's InSpectre, and even links to Windows System utilities. Now it even has Rufus.

It has both fully portable and installable versions, and while it does say you haven't registered in the about screen, there are no other nags, and it is fully usable and updatable. If you download the portable version, the updater updates you with the portable version, as well, so directly updatable from inside the software.

How do I get WSCC to recognize previously installed Sysinternals Suite?
It's a little clunky to set up but you only have to do it once.
Under Settings, Software, you will be able to change the local path as pictured below.
Use the small icon to the bottom right to transverse directories.

Well, I put in my Sysinternals directory and they all popped up on the main WSCC page. Then when I clicked update, all of them were blank where it should show their "current version". So I checked the box to select all 70 items and clicked on Install... As it went through each one it started showing the current version, which was the latest, and every one then said "Failed to Install" with this is the log (70 times):
Code:
[ERROR] Failed to extract file progname.exe. System Error. Code: 1920. The file cannot be accessed by the system. [E701920]
[ERROR] AccessChk is not installed.
[ERROR] Cannot install AccessChk 6.15. (failed to install) [E4281]
And at the end said:
Code:
70 new software are available.
[ERROR] 70 new software were failed to install.
So I restarted WSCC. The main WSCC page does now show the version numbers and correct location path, but when I try to launch any of them I just get "ERROR progname is not installed Search path: C:\User....\Microsoft.SysinternalsSuite_8wekyb3d8bbwe".
