Your manual has it enabled by default. I'd leave it that way.

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 13 years?
Should this be enabled or disabled for Windows 11?
I believe it is only necessary to be enabled for older OS (Windows 7) that don't handle the USB hand-off from BIOS to OS. it won't hurt to have it enabled.
