I have developed an app for my use and run it on several PCs with Windows 11. It works fine on the PC where it was created using Visual Studio. I've distributed it to my other PCs using OneDrive. Before saving it on OneDrive, I zipped it and renamed it to a TXT file. On the target PC, I rename it back to a ZIP file, unzip and move it to its destination folder. Whenever I start it, Windows 11 warns me that "this app might put the PC at risk". How to get rid of this warning?

I distributed many programs this way, and Windows always warned me at the first program start. When I ignored this warning and started the program, Windows wouldn't warn me anymore. So the behavior described above is new. Or I've accidentally modified some settings.
