    But then intel's 4 cores and gpu use is up to 75%+ by just using Gemini. Fan is at full speed and cpu clock capped at 2.21 ghz (no boost).

    I have a x13 gen 1 with 25h2 that i feel has been very laggy lately, especially networking takes a while to establish on a cold boot/reboot. Is there a way to nuke all installed drives without touching the current Windows install and installed apps?

    fans and side fins seem to be clean, no build up. the paste though obviously would need replacement....

    i think the 100c is the Tj max, but still, 70+c is still a lot. Also, fans sound going full speed...

    This laptop (Thinkpad x13) becomes really hot as soon as it booted. Fan becomes so loud and the cpu/fan area is very hot to touch. Do you think I need to disassemble and apply new thermal paste? Any testing need to be done prior?

    I use Chris Titus Winutil tool after each fresh Windows install to remove Copilot, Recall, etc.
