0x80073CF0 / 0x80073CF9 Microsoft Store Errors

I've been having this issue with the Microsoft Store for the past few Insider Builds, but it only happens to two games, Sea of Thieves and the Insider Version, I've tried everything, willing to try anything else

But the main two issues I get are 0x80073CF0 and 0x80073CF9
`fsutil behavior set DisableEncryption 0` fixed the 0x80073CF9 but it came back, again will try anything.

Same here; I didn't see this post and posted one of my own. Sorry 'bout dat!

I can't even open the Microsoft Store itself, without trying to download anything.

I just disconnected my SurfShark VPN and now I can get into the MS Store.

So, if you have a VPN running, that might be the issue.

So, if you have a VPN running, that might be the issue.
Not using a VPN, I don't have one installed.

It only does it to sea of thieves though. Any other game works fine.
