Trying to update my build to the latest version but keep getting error 0xc1900101 ,any thoughts?

What comes after the first part of the error?

Because I ran into this trying to install 22454 on my system 5 different times. I finally clean installed 22454 and then had 0 issues with 22458 installing via WU....
