OS
Windows 11
It started about a week after the latest adrenaline software update so It might be the cause? It was a fresh install from AMD's official site.

I leave for work and come home 8 hours later to only 1 screen on. The other 2 have no signal. Unplugging and plugging the cables back in does nothing.
The mouse doesn't even register.
I have to unplug the 2 monitors not getting a signal to get the mouse to work again so I can reboot and have all 3 working fine again.
Power mode is set to Ultimate.
No sleep timers are active
Monitors are set to NEVER shut down
I've disabled ultra low power state through MSI Afterburner

I will try reinstalling the GPU drivers but I honestly don't think that's the cause.
Hoping someone else might have a different suggestion.

I'm not sure if it's related, but for the first time in the ~2 years I've had my ACER CB282K monitor, I also lost the signal yesterday after my XPS8950 went to sleep. Neither mouse nor keyboard input could "wake" it. Ultimately I powered the monitor off / on, which restored the signal. Stay tuned...

Tried that. It's almost like the GPU is shutting down those ports to save power? I could be wrong. I think I'll try going back down a version.

Didn't work, also updated to a driver that JUST came out. Still has the same issue.
