Dude.. I just asked because I wasn't sure what build you were on. I suspect the error is due to your switch from Dev to Beta. To fix this you might have to install .132 as a clean instillation.

If you run the Powershell script I posted earlier, it should show the available updates, even the hidden one. Just click "Cancel" to avoid making any changes

I guess the Insider page can see it, but doesn't know you have it hidden from Windows Update.

OK, so now it has updated me to 176, but still showing 22449 in WU - the one I set to 'hide' - as 'ready to download'! Who knows!

All good now. Build 176 installed and now WU seems to have stabilised on me being in the Beta channel as it shows I m on the latest build. In addition, all drivers and partitions are looking good too.
So, thankfully, the need for any clean install has gone away!

As far as I am aware - at present Microsoft are using 5 digit build numbers for Dev builds , and 3 Digit Build numbers for Beta. To be more accurate the Beta Builds are all sub builds of 22000 EG 22000.168, 22000.176 and 22000.184 which suggests 22000, to be the base build for RTM though this is not certain.

One other thing Due to the Dev / Beta Split, whilst it is still possible to update from the beta to the Dev builds, any change from Dev to Beta will require a fresh install as you would technically be going backwards down the build route

eg 22000.176 to 22454.1000 is an upgrade so is permitted whilst 22454.1000 to 22000.176 is a downgrade so requires a reinstall

I have a way ，remove all sata hard drives, just keep nvme hard drives, and then upgrade win11 22458.1000 normally.

The latest news, 22463 has fixed the problem that the SATA hard disk causes the operating system to fail to boot.
