Now I have got used to new style ribbon, I do not miss the old one.

In the end, they do the same things but one thing new ribbon does better is accessing disk cleanup. TBH, even if I could reenable it, I do not think I would bother now.

The key gamehanger was to get rid of the annoying "show more options" feature.

The Windows 7 style Command Bar and Address Bar is accomplished with StartAllBack,
The Tabs Bar and Programs Bar is QTTabBar,
The blank Title Bar via Old/New Explorer...
... that's the bulk of it!

Used to be light-blue in my 21H2 , its in 22H2 ( very) light-grey ( almost invisible !)...........

I suspect what you might need to do is to tinker with the Theme via Settings > Personalisation > Colours > Accent Colour (substitute Color in your part of the World:-))

Because Windows Colors and Metrics are so convoluted that nobody knows how to figure it out properly, 'cept that clever developer with the handy dandy utility to do so! ;-)
