Transparency is on. However, I lost the grey title bar after I rebooted this evening. Will see if it magically reappears like this afternoon.
OMFG! So, I'm working away, grey file manager title bar all day. Click it now at 3pm and I see accent color! How is it automatically changing midday while I'm working? I don't get it! No changes, no scripts, no manual commands! What is set in the deep background that tuns this on at 3pm but if I restart it's gone until the next day at 3pm?

Have your checked your Night light setting? This affects my start menu color, etc. It changes at night, as intended.
I tried it all! So bizarre. But no one has answered me if they get accent color in the File Explorer title bar?
It makes the screen yellowish, easier on the eyes. However, who sleeps with laptop turned on all night beside them?
I doubt it. I boot up in the morning and title bar is grey. Later in the afternoon it is magically the accent colour. Today was at 3pm. If I restart it will go back to grey.
Less blue light so less disruption when you sleep.
Less blue light when using your device in the evening, before bed time, which results in less sleep disruption.
I use a custom theme and a different accent color, and get a grey-black title bar on Explorer, with a black app background. I would post an image but it doesn't show the title bar's color accurately, i.e. the title bar and app background show incorrectly as the same color.

I do not and never have seen accent color in file explorer as I stated in an answer on one of your questions in 2 other threads that was discussing the same thing.
I didn't see it different until one day after running sfc /scannow and hit the File Explorer icon. Now it just auto changes midday.
Nope. Just magically appearing paler accent colour in File Explorer title bar happening after 3pm. No other color issues. Title bar in Notepad, Paint and Browser are fine. I've made no changes after 3 resets this past month, a clean install and in-place reinstall 2 days ago. Ran scans and no issues. Maybe check the event viewer or logs and see what happens around 3pm?You don't have Night Light turned on, do you? The settings may have been altered. Or even maybe your time.
If it's changing by itself and you don't have Night Light on, then I can only think that some third party application is doing it.
Only third party is MsEdgeRedirect. Uninstalled to see if that was the issue and it's not. All other apps and programs are what comes with WIN11 and I checked for HP updated drivers. No idea what is causing this issue. Running sfc and dism system health comes back no issues with machine.
