Account previously signed-in is still appearing on New Teams

Hello everyone. I need help from the experts. It's a Microsoft Teams issue.

The account previously signed-in is still appearing on New Teams even after removing the entire cache folder.

I have already removed the account in the Windows settings and deleted the account in the Windows credentials. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application. Nothing works.

Does someone know how to completely remove the cache and the accounts previosly signed in?

Any help is welcome!

there are two places 'Email & accounts' and 'Access work or school"
Go to Settings > Accounts > Access work or school and delete it there.

It doesn´t work in the new version.

can you post a screenshot of where it is still appearing? (blank out all personal info before posting it)
