You have to spell that out for me zbook as I have no experience with the Verifier app, Do I run it again? How to specify the groups, I am using Verifier in W11 25H2 so it may look a bit different than running it in W10, please step-by-step how to configure Verifier for those 4 groups, thanks

Now you will repeat:
a) select customized tests
b) select drivers

For customized tests each group has the applicable customized tests.

For drivers: all non-microsoft drivers.

Summary:
It is a rinse and repeat process with different customized tests.

Update 24 April 09:18 am (S'pore time)
Several apps are slow or unresponsive with this Group b driver test, Windows Spotlight does not daily update my background wallpaper, the Taskbar won't unhide automatically and New Task won't run in Task Manager, when I shut down the Keyboard backlight LEDs stay on for 2 minutes longer. No BSOD and everything back to normal after I reset Verifier.

This is Group C Verifier, no BSOD, Windows Spotlight still has not updated my background wallpaper so that app may be broken...

I split the Group d in groups e and f, hereby the Group e, no BSOD, got a weird Windows Startup sound during this e test, Will post the last Group f tomorrow

This is the last group f, no BSODs, no Mini Dumps logged. My Spotlight app is Kaput no way to revive, probably a registry issue. I did get a new KEK (2016 Secure Boot cert,) last week that may have something to do with Spotlight no longer updating my background wallpaper...

Nice progress.

Nearly all short term WDV tests were without BSODs.

1) Please create a new restore point

2) Restart WDV with all customized tests except:

[ ] 0x00000004 Randomized low resources simulation.

Run WDV in the background for 48 hours.

3) Post a new V2 share link into the newest post while WDV is running.

4) For any BSOD post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

5) If there are no BSODs then this will conclude WDV testing.

Make sure that verifier /reset is run to turn off the tool.

OK, so I run ALL WDV customized options in one test except the Randomized low.........test? for 2 days and after 1 day run the V2 log compilation that I share on cloud? Hope my laptop will still work during that exercise...

The V2 will be an additional check for stability / instability.

The long term group can be split into two groups for 48 hours each.

The WDV load with almost all simultaneous customized tests may detect an underlying problem as the last documented BSODs were

I made a restore point ran WDV, checked all the test except Randomized..... and restarted. It booted to Windows desktop OK then crashed: BSOD after 1 minute: When I restored the point I saved it restored successfully (in WindowsRE with my USB recovery stick) but when I rebooted it crashed again, same error KMODE_EXCEPTIOM_NOT HANDLED (0x1E) possibly Verifier is still active although I made the restore point before I booted Verifier. I am now restoring my April 15 complete backup from my backup drive. I think I will leave it hereby zbook, did not get any BSODS or Black screens during the last 2 months so this was probably a MS glitch before, my drivers are testing OK in 5 groups but I crash when using all tests in one go, Negative those documented "BSODs" you saw on the 17th were caused by my Intel WiFi adapter (unexpected shut down) as I did not close my browser (elevenforum zbook thread) when I shut down, I remember that error. Backup restored perfectly and Windows installed the new 2026 KEK (Secure Boot key). My Spotlight is working OK (just updated the wallpaper) and no event errors, Thanks zbook for your help

There was a reported new BSOD using WDV.

The tool must be turned off by booting into Windows Recovery Environment (RE):

Post #5, step #3.

After turning off the tool > reboot to the desktop > run the V2 log collector > post a new V2 share link into the newest post

A system restore is done only when both of these commands fails to turn off the tool.

A system restore often results in the loss of the dump file.
