After new update some apps not working !

After the new update Version 21H2 (OS Build 22000.613) .... 4/12/22 ...... i found my "snippingtool" not working ! Anyone else have any problem with any "apps" or Tools not working ? And yes i did fix it.

Yep me too, I needed to reinstall(repair install) PicPick, and GIMP so far, as clicking both the shortcuts, and the actual .exe gave a quick "busy" cursor, but nothing would open.
