I’m not sure when this started, but today I tried to check my T-mobile bill by logging into the T-mobile website, T-Mobile & Sprint merged to create America's 5G leader in coverage (or T-Mobile or several others.) I got error messages from all three browsers (Edge, Firefox and Chrome).
On Firefox, I got: Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.t-mobile.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
On the other two, I got: This site can’t be reached The webpage at T-Mobile & Sprint merged to create America's 5G leader in coverage might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_FAILED

I also have a 2nd PC (WIN 10 Pro) next to the first. I had no trouble logging in to T-mobile on each of the three browsers.

The first thing I checked was the ‘Security’ tab on Internet Properties. There were no restricted sites listed, and all the settings were the same as on my 2nd PC.

What should I do next?

I had no trouble getting into the site on my Windows 11 (with Defender Antivirus) computer. Are you running the same Antivirus on both computers?

p.s. I was using Firefox 99.0.1

Now that you mention it, I think that this did pop up yesterday. But when I accepted it, I couldn't log in. Today, I just get error messages, no cookie popup warning. Is there some way I can find out if my cookies have blocked me from using t-mobile.com??

I would try entering the address of the T-Mobile website in Malwarebytes allow list and see if that does anything.

I'm chatting with T-mobile now. One suggestion was to clear Data in Chrome then relaunch. I have. But I'm unable to connect with Chrome, Edge and Firefox. However the messages are different.
On Edge, I get: Service Unavailable. F451 : Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Please try again later.
On Firefox, I get: Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.t-mobile.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
On Chrome, I'm able to reach the opening page with "We value your privacy" I accept the cookies, get to the log in, but then receive the message:

I would try turning off Malwarebytes and just letting Defender run by itself, reboot, and see if that helps. Just to make sure that things haven't been crossed somewhere.

This might not account for my login problem, but the T-mobile chat guy made me aware of this blog. It says that one of the error messages that I've gotten might be due to a 'random tracker' :
[Updated] T-Mobile allegedly loading code from random trackers into customer portal; likely causing F451 Service Unavailable error?

I would try turning off Malwarebytes and just letting Defender run by itself, reboot, and see if that helps. Just to make sure that things haven't been crossed somewhere.
I quit Malewarebytes. Still couldn't reach T-mobile. I rebooted and Malewarebytes started up. Still couldn't reach T-mobile.

Good afternoon, ils.

Firstly, I'm using Windows 10, not 11. Edge browser (latest version).

I am able to reach the site via the link you provided with no issue. But, wanted to offer you an alternative link directly to the login page...

account.t-mobile.com

I'm sorry, I don't have a solution for your issue. Just hoping to get you to your login .

Wishing you the best.
