Solved All three of my browsers block one website

Check you hosts file for an entry blocking that website.

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts (the file does not have an extension, so you'll need to pick a way to view it, Notepad works just fine, but you'll need to allow elevated privileges for Notepad to be able to edit it).

Don't post the contents here - but see if the T-mobile domain (t-mobile.com) appears anywhere in there. If it does, then you should really, before doing much of anything else, run a full scan on your system, because there is no reason this entry should be in there.
Glasskuter made the same suggestion above C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts It looked exactly as the one he posted (no T-Mobile).

Then obviously a browser add-on is allowed during in-private browsing

Safe mode working so you're infected dude and so is your caps lock key :lmao:
Any thoughts on how to search out the infection, give that I've got Malewarebytes and Windows Defender running?

Lokien, It's been quite a trip this morning. First, I ran a full Custom scan with MalwareBytes. Seven+ hours and 1.2M files-on-three-drives later, it found no malware.
THEN I ran AdwCleaner. It found 14 vulnerabilities -- all related to two Preinstalled Dell programs: Preinstalled.DellSupportAssistAgent and Preinstalled.DellUpdateforWindows10. However, it could only remove 10 of 14 items. Long story short: I had to uninstalled four Dell support programs for AdwCleaner to come up ‘clean.’
NONETHELESS, I still get error message when I try to log into T-Mobile & Sprint merged to create America's 5G leader in coverage ‘Hmmm… can't reach this page’ GREAT try!

How about, create a new windows ADMIN user, login to that, and see if PC can visit the website, in normal mode..
That would eliminate the USER space as being the issue.

Are there any rules in windows defender blocking the website?
And maybe you can specifically allow the website in windows defender firewall.

And I would think turning off the firewall and disabling all antivirus programs, malware programs etc... would reveal that too as the cause.

To everyone suggesting it, the OP has already eliminated the hosts, defender, and firewall as causing the problem.. Read post 35.

He CAN access the site in safe mode with networking.

He has already established a new user account and the problem persists.

@sdowney717 You might as well go the extra mile (if you haven't already,) and eliminate the possibility of an application or service interference by performing a clean boot. I know it's far-fetched but at this point, you've tried everything else. Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 11 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts Tutorial

Maybe a browser extension blocking a web site.
Or maybe some installed program he has installed.
OP, how about showing a list of all your installed programs and extensions to see if any are capable of doing this

I've not read every thread, but this is a longshot.

If you're plugged into a router or working wirelessly through a router, try plugging directly into your modem (disable the wifi if you were browsing that way). If you can access the site, it's your router that's likely the culprit. This happened to me with a hospital website I was trying to access. Plugging directly into the modem is the only workaround I found.

Then the machine next to it would also have that problem, in most cases (unless some sort of ACL has been used for only that one machine).

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts (the file does not have an extension, so you'll need to pick a way to view it, Notepad works just fine, but you'll need to allow elevated privileges for Notepad to be able to edit it).
Even with elevated privileges you won't be allowed to save the edited HOSTS file back to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\.

When I want to edit my HOSTS file, I copy it to another folder where I have full control (such as my desktop) then give it a .txt extension. When I have edited it I remove the .txt extension, rename the original in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ to host.old, then copy my edited version back there.
