Solved All three of my browsers block one website

When I want to edit my HOSTS file, I copy it to another folder where I have full control (such as my desktop) then give it a .txt extension. I just did it with no issues.

Ran notepad with admin privileges, opened Hosts, edited it to add the # test at the end, saved.

Worked perfectly fine.

Update, I've run two tests to try and fix the original problem: all browsers (in my WIN 11 system) are blocked when I enter the URL www.t-mobile.com. Both tests failed.
First, I have a duel boot system, the "D:" drive is my old WIN 10 system. I booted in WIN 10' , but again, all browsers are blocked when I enter the URL www.t-mobile.com.
Secondly, I disconnected the SSD "D" drive and a third HD. Same problem with WIN 11.

OK, I went through all of the posts again where you replied. Once thing I did not see is if you tried a 'new' profile in any of those browsers.

1) Make sure you do not enable any kind of synchronizing with the new profile - don't log in to the browser profile, so it won't load any of your old addons / settings.

2) Do not alter any other settings either - this is for a test only, and you can easily delete the profile later after the test, so setting up privacy addons and configuring enhanced security settings is not required.

3) try loading the web site.

Obviously it either loads or does not.

If it loads, something about the way you have all three browsers configured is getting in the way.

If it does not load, then it is something on the computer itself, some app somewhere, that is causing the issue, because when in Safe Mode, it loads.

The purpose of this test is to help focus what we need to be looking for - an app on the computer, or configuration settings in your browser.

Also, I know someone asked at one point - but do you have proxy settings enabled for your computer at all? If so, turn those off and see if that allows this to go through. Also, just to verify, you're not using any sort of VPN, are you?

Is the PC a laptop? If so try it in another location with internet access.

It’s a PC, and a 2nd PC on the same router connects; 2 other PCs on the same network also work fine. (I’m out of town for a week, so I’m unable to run tests now).
