This is the biggest, baddest CPU (with integrated grfx), compatible with your ASUS TUF X570 Pro motherboard...



Which would be a downgrade. But that's the best you can do on an X570 (AM4), motherboard.






If you want to switch to an AM5 motherboard... (and DDR5 RAM)....







On the other hand... (here, I went by price and manufacturer)...












Short version... I would just use PCPartpicker to look at video cards, from one of these companies.
Get the highest priced vid card your wallet can handle.



Cause the other option is an AM5 motherboard, DDR5 RAM and at minimum, a $440 CPU.
If you're not in the US, you can choose the appropriate country at top right of PCPartpicker.

To reiterate, with less detail, the Ryzen 7 5700G is the fastest "APU" for an X570 motherboard. It's not a performance upgrade over a 3900X.

What's your motive for going to an APU? AMD's onboard graphics may be better than Intel's, but still inferior to even a fairly weak discrete GPU (like an nVidia GT 1030).

I , too, have an X570-based mobo, but I'm planning on replacing the entire system soon. They're right - the 5700G is not an upgrade for you. and as @bobkn notes, understanding your motive for an APU and understanding that discrete GPUs always perform better, more information is needed.
