No, it won't make any difference on a compatible machine if you bypass compatibility check. Nothing else changes during the installation. The same components and features are installed, the same way. Just make sure you use an UEFI USB flash drive to use Secure Boot and other security features. If you install in Legacy mode, these features are not available. Think like a game looking for the original DVD before launching and you just bypass this check. Nothing else changes, the game is the same.

- Legacy MBR installation, no TPM, no Secure Boot, no WDDM 2.0 graphics drivers, cannot get more unsupported ;) This is only my test laptop. I had installed Windows 11 here before upgrading my main PC. For my main PC I use everyday see my 2nd system specs.
