Any good fan curve control for AIO cooler to decrease fan noise ?

Hi

My AIO cooler is running at 2250 rpm from bios I tried to lowered the curve to decrease the noise of the fans but did not work, any good software to control the fan speed curve from windows ?

Try Fan Control ( GitHub link )
You can actually set multiple curves for gpu and cpu temps to control all the fans you want

You can also use the BIOS's built in fan solution ("Smart Fan on Gigabyte boards)" which I use to set fan curves.

Edit: For the AIO cooler, since I use Corsair's AIOs, I use the iCUE software to control both fan and pump speeds.

I've just noticed that GIGABYTE SIV (System Information Viewer) which gives access to Smart Fan has stopped working.
Is yours working?

I did a quick search, and it seems to be suggesting that it's a Windows 11 issue.

GIGABYTE EasyTune is also not working.

I've just fixed them both.

It needed the GIGABYTE EasyTuneEngineService v1.22.0211.1 update.
I haven't been able to find a direct download link for it yet, but I updated it through the GIGABYTE APP Center.
If anyone knows a direct link to it, please post.

I don't use it. I strictly set curves in the BIOS sorry.

I installed App Center once and immediately uninstalled it as I thought it was too intrusive and never looked back at it again.

This may be a stupid question, but...

What fan header are you using on the motherboard?

The one for a pump will drive a fan at full speed, all the time.

Gigabyte motherboards incorporate a feature called Smart Fan, so all the headers are controllable from the BIOS.

I'm not a big fan of APP Center, but it makes it easy to find crucial updates such as the one above.
GIGABYTE don't always make their fixes easy to find. Especially as motherboards age.

Regarding System Information Viewer (SIV) and EasyTune.
I find them to be very handy. It saves going into the BIOS as often.
Easy access to Smart Fan 5 and heaps of other BIOS settings and tweaks.

I see you have an Asus motherboard? I just use Asus AISuite III. It is one of the more reliable Asus software apps. I have had zero problems with it controlling my fans (for at least a decade).

I need to clarify my statement a bit. My PC only has 5 fans total (not counting the GPU & PS fans). There are the stock 200mm Cooler Master fans in the front; one Corsair 140mm fan in the rear. And two 140mm Corsair fans for the AIO cooler.

The front case fans are connected to the motherboard and are curved in the BIOS. The Corsair fans are controlled by Corsair’s fan/RGB module and are set to “Quiet” via Corsair’s iCUE software. Since I don’t overclock and also use my PC as my Audiophile system, I demand a silent system and the only fans you hear are the GPU fans ramping up as I game. The other fans will ramp as well, but they don’t get as loud as the GPU.

When I’m not gaming, the system is dead silent. I’ve even switched the EVGA PS fan to Eco Mode so that it only turns on if the PS is being pushed, which it never is. Every now and then I'll turn off Eco Mode just to run the fan to keep the bearings lubed.

Yeah, I don't use any of those apps. I just keep an eye out for driver/BIOS updates and manually update as needed. That's the way I've always done it, and why I don't use any driver update programs for my desktops.

My Lenovo laptop though uses Lenovo Vantage, which I rely on the keep the laptop up to date driver and BIOS wise. Not with desktops.

I find the above GIGABYTE apps very handy. Especially the ability to natively control fans speeds within Windows without having to use third party apps or go into the BIOS.

But I understand we all have our own personal ways and methods of doing things.
Maybe that's why they call it a Personal Computer.

Yeah, not a fan of Gigabyte's App Center and it's suite of tools. Prefer to work directly in the BIOS when needed. That's me.

Why all of this talk about Gigabyte fan control? The OP has an Asus board and all this talk Gigabyte talk is useless to him. WTH?

My experience is that Asus BIOS fan control is lacking, but the AISuite control is extremely reliable and has profiles and other useful features, (BTW I had a Z390 Gigabyte Master and the software fan control sucjked for me - the CPU fan would wedge and stop running. OTOH, the BIOS fan control was rich featured and reliable, so I used it).
