Any way to add a custom menu to drag-drop

Is there is a way to add my own menu

Just my opinion but I can’t see how it would be faster than:
Ctrl + Drag - Copy
Shift + Drag - Move

And I think the shortcut is
Alt + Drag - Hold Alt, then drag a file, folder, or program to another location (like the desktop). Windows automatically creates a shortcut instead of moving the item.

I want to create my own menu doing something else
There are some programs like winrar for example adding a menu in there so I was wondering what(and where)in the registry I need to add so I can have my own menu
I know how I can do it for right clicking on a file but not when I right click and drag

Directly adding to the new right click menu requires programming knowledge, code signing, etc. It's a pain and is meant for developers only.
