Application starts up with Win11 even though its turned off

A few days ago i installed Intel's "Driver & Support Assistant" to check if my drivers were up to date. After i finished i turned it off. When i restarted my PC later that day i noticed that it opened up with some of the other apps i have running at startup.

So i went in the "Startup Apps" and turned it off. To my surprise after my next restart the app started again. I also ticked it off in the Task Manager "Startup" section (it was already off) and it is currently off in the "Startup Apps" menu in Settings. But after each restart the app is up and running.

How do i fix this?

Thanks but i was wondering if there was an easy fix for this without having to mess with the registry or local group polices. I tried the option within the settings app but the specific app doesn't have "Advanced Options". Also no battery options for my Desktop PC.

I guess i will just have to manually turn it off every time i restart my PC.

You need to check service and task scheduling for the program.

Frankly I would remove that Intel bloatware. I tried it but uninstalled it because it installed a telemetry component. Just figure out what Intel drivers you need and visit the Intel Download center periodically and search for new versions.
