Apps crashing

I have Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects installed. Frequently when I'm doing a lot of processing in these apps it crashes. Either the app closes or the whole computer shuts down.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900K (3.2GHz)
96GB RAM
6.18 TB storage
64-bit

Windows 11 home, version 25H2, OS build 26200.8655

I have tried deleting media cache files to no avail.
