Solved Apps will not launch in safe mode

DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) is an app to remove, yes, a displaydriver from your system. DDU recommends strongly to run in safe mode only.
However, in safe mode, as administrator, DDU would not launch "cannot access the system"...
Besides, no app wants to start, "no access to the system" or "error code 0x80070780".
Need help....

You will see the error 0x80070780 on the screen. This issue occurs in situations like creating/copying/deleting/renaming a file on the computer.

What happens when you try to execute DDU at normal boot mode?

At normal boot mode DDU execute with the warning: "you are NOT in safe mode"...
Again, in safe mode: "no access to the system"

Any application, including DDU, are working 100% in normal boot mode...

Open the Command Prompt with administrative privileges and execute the following one at a time.

Code: 
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth


Sfc /scannow

Chkdsk C: /f

Use the attached batch script to reset default startup types of Windows services.
