Almost certain I have the settings correct but not doing it. It used to work, but not now.

It says "You're all set up" in Settings, Account, Password.

I did a Google search and tried a few things but nothing worked.

I like to use the Sysinternals / Microsoft Autologin utility to simplify the setup of Autologin. Give it a shot and see if it helps.
