Assuming you had been turning it off fully [by, for example, using the cmd I gave you in
post #2] & assuming Device mgr does not show an error then your battery must have a physical defect because your battery report indicated that you'd only used up about 20% of its life.
I also think you probably need to replace the battery but, since you have already done that once, it might be that your computer's internal battery management components are defective but I've never seen that in practice and cannot account for all your symptoms that way anyway.
Perhaps the only sensible way to proceed is to fully recharge the battery then disconnect it from the computer & put it to one side for a month to see what charge is left after that.
Do ask your computer maker's support dept & have a look around their user forums.
