Ik make a new user and when I login to the new user everything is ok. But after 10 min the I see in the taskbar the message to switch between Belgium keyboard layout and Netherlands keyboard layout.
By settings language en region I see only the Belgium keyboard layout.
I looked also in the registry and delete everything about the Netherlands keyboard layout and also the nl profile.
Why do I see 2 keyboard layout after 10 minutes after 10 min in the new user profile
