Solved Best way to test Win11?

Successfully upgraded to 11! I just went to the MS website and downloaded the installer and went from there.
After that, I installed ExplorerPatcher, and from the looks of things I'm good to go.
Thanks again for all your replies. Hopefully this thread will be helpful to someone in the future.

Have you run the WhyNotWin11 tool to make sure you`re good to go ?

I made sure this PC was compatible long ago, but thanks. :)

To check the days remaining for the default go back period open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

dism /online /get-osuninstallwindow

If you want to modify the total days up to 60 days then type:

dism /online /set-osuninstallwindow /value:60

This can be performed again as long as it's within the 60 day period.

If you ever see error: 1168 then there is no longer an opportunity to modify the go back period

Keep in mind that system restore points and go back periods can all fail.

The best option is to have free backup images to restore.

Thanks for that info. From what I'm seeing so far, though, I doubt I'll be going back to 10. ExplorerPatcher fixed Microsoft's mistakes, so it's all good.
