Really wish I had learned to code software, I could make my own. I have Affinity (Photoshop type program), but sometime you just don't need all that just for some quick work.

Some so called image viewers blur the lines between an image viewer and an image editor. An image viewer doesn't need to have a lot of tools. It only slows it down.

I like an image viewer to be fast and simple like the old Windows Photo Viewer.
If I want an image editor, I use something like Corel PaintShop Pro.

For an Image viewer that can view any image that I've tested, including great animated GIF support, ImageGlass is a well worth trying.
It is free, very lightweight, has a clean interface and can capture screenshots via the clipboard, unlike Honeyview.

    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months.
