Bing. What is it? Search engine? Auto delay? One more data farm?

My best description of bing is nuisance. bing pops in like a spoiled child and all fluidity is gone. I will load 3 screenshots that seem to be a knee jerk reaction anytime bing is involved in a search. What exactly is the intended purpose of bing? There are a couple more pat error messages, cant find address, etc. I apologize for the excessive pixel use of this thread. I have lost familiarity with forum formats.

Bing is Microsoft's answer to Google. Its the default search engine for the Microsoft Edge browser.

You are not forced to use Bing as your search engine or home page in Microsoft Edge. You can change both in Edge settings to whatever you want.
Other browsers are also available. You can set your preferred search engine in all of them. Don't like Edge, try Firefox, Chrome, or Brave, to name a few.

You can also disable bing search highlights on taskbar search box

You can also remove co-pilot and find results in web in Windows search.

Also you can completely remove co-pilot from windows

You don't like something else about Windows 11? Take a look at the tutorial section. Most things can be changed with a little effort.

Those screenshots are strange!
Looks as if Bing is blocking Google!

All your screenshots are Google/Gmail issues. Perhaps Google was down, perhaps the shortcuts you have are corrupt? Perhaps you have an issue with your connection to Google/Gmail

Have you opened any of these links since posting here? Can you open these links in another browser? Bing is not a browser, it is a search engine that you can acess from any browser including Microsoft Edge.

If you can not open any of these links in any browser, I would suggest as a start, you check your host file:

1. In your taskbar or start menu search function, type Notepad to find it. Right-click on Notepad and select Run as administrator.
2. Once in Notepad, go to File -> Open. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc and make sure to have All Files selected (at the bottom) to find/see the Hosts file.
